• On-Site Setup & Travel: $199 + $0.65/mile

Choose an Accessible Location

• Select a location on the first floor whenever possible for ease of transporting professional photography equipment. If the booth must be on an upper level, ensure there is elevator access, as the equipment is too heavy to carry up and down stairs safely.
• Has ample height and space: Areas with high ceilings and ample space are best and will allow the photographer to freely position lights and reflectors in order to achieve the best results for your organization. A minimum of 12'x12' with >9' height is preferred.

Corporate Headshot Photo Delivery

• Onsite Selection: Each client will select their favorite photo during the session for professional editing and retouching.
• Online Delivery: The selected, retouched image will be delivered through a secure online gallery for free download within 7 business days.
• Additional Images: Individuals may purchase additional retouched images for $39 per image.
• No RAW Files: To maintain quality standards, RAW files will not be released.
