Client to fill out wedding questionnaire.

Client to provide a list of names to the wedding photographer prior to wedding. Specifically including the first names of all immediate family members and wedding party members, including flower girls and ring bearers. This ensures that the photographer can efficiently capture group photos without confusion on the day, ensuring everyone important is included.

Client to assign event planner, family member, bridesmaid or other persons to have important details ready for the photographer upon their arrival. This include items that the bride would like captured, such as- Brides wedding gown, invitations, both bride and groom rings, shoes etc.
